With Rosalyn, you won't be able to proceed to the exam until you access Rosalyn to your Camera on your computer. On Windows computers, sometimes you will face a black screen in Tech & Permissions Pre-Flight.
Solution:
If you experience this, here are the instructions on how to grant Rosalyn access to your computer's Camera.
Check if you have already accessed Rosalyn to your Camera:
Go to your Windows Settings > Privacy, and locate the Camera on the left navigation menu.
Next, scroll down, and you will see the list of desktop apps at the bottom. Grant Rosalyn to use your computer's Camera.
Now restart the Rosalyn application, and you will be good to go.
Note: If you still experience this issue, we recommend you to use a different computer and take your exam.
