This article outlines which systems are required in order to take an exam with Rosalyn.

Supported OS:

  • Windows OS

    • Windows 10

    • Windows 11

  • Mac OS

    • Sonoma

    • Ventura

    • Monterey

Supported Browsers:

  • Microsoft Edge - Latest Version

  • Google Chrome - Latest Version

  • Mozilla Firefox - Latest Version

Partially Supported Browsers:

  • Apple Safari - Version 10 minimum

    Note: Safari enforces an additional security requirement that prevents some learning tools, like Rosalyn, from opening within an LMS, like Canvas. To learn more please review this troubleshooting article: Rosalyn and Safari.

Hardware Requirements:

  • Working camera

  • Working microphone

  • Dual-core CPU

  • At least 2 GB available of RAM memory.

  • At least 500 MB of available disk space.

  • Minimum internet speed:

    • Download - 500kb/s

    • Upload - 500kb/s

NOTE: We measure internet speed measurement test to the TokBox server at [https://tokbox.com/developer/tools/precall] to ensure optimal connectivity.
