Problem
Based on users' browser settings, they may experience issues opening Rosalyn from Canvas.
Rosalyn and 3rd Party Cookies issues with Safari
Technical Note: Safari prevents cookies from being used within an iFrame.
Solution
To resolve this issue, you can update a security setting within Safari:
- On your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences/Settings, then click Privacy. 
- Uncheck (disable) the following: - Website teaching: β¬ Prevent cross-site tracking 
3. Return to Canvas and re-lunch, Rosalyn.

Rosalyn and 3rd Party Cookie issues with Chrome
Technical Note: The default settings for Chrome are suitable for the usage of Rosalyn. However, sometimes the third-party cookies will be blocked by the user.
Solution
To resolve this issue, you can update a security setting within Chrome:
- Open your Chrome Browser. 
- In the address bar, enter this address: chrome://settings/cookies - Make sure that the setting for Block third-party cookies is NOT enabled. 
- Relaunch Chrome. 
Rosalyn and 3rd Party Cookie issue with Firefox
Technical Note: The default settings for the Firefox browser are suitable for the usage of Rosalyn. However, sometimes the third-party cookies will be blocked by the user.
Solution
To resolve this issue, you can update the security settings within Firefox:
- Open your Mozilla Firefox. 
- In the address bar, enter this address: about:preferences#privacy - Under the section for Enhanced Tracking Protection, select Standard (you may need to refresh your browser tabs after changing this setting). 
- Restart Firefox.
