To request to reset your password, you will need to visit the link: (https://rosalyn.synap.ac/signin). Click on “Forgot Password”, then enter the email address associated with your Rosalyn exam account, and then click on the “Submit” button.

Shortly after, an email will arrive in your inbox containing a password reset link. The email will be sent by Rosalyn's Language Testing Portal and labeled "Password Reset Request." Simply click on the "Reset Password" option within the email and proceed to establish a fresh password for your account.

Note: In case the email containing your password fails to appear in your primary inbox, please check your spam folder as well. If you encounter any difficulties or have inquiries, kindly inform us.
