During the Pre-Flight stage, if an examinee loses their internet connection for more than 3 seconds, the following message will be presented:

The examinee will be asked to find a stable internet connection in order to take the exam and will be forced to close the Rosalyn Application. However, they will be allowed to attempt the exam again. But, they should do so only after their internet connectivity issues have been resolved.

This message can potentially appear at any point during the Pre-Flight process.

NOTE: We measure internet speed measurement test to the TokBox server at [https://tokbox.com/developer/tools/precall] to ensure optimal connectivity.
