This article applies only to examinees using Rosalyn's Canvas integration.
Examinees who believe they should be allowed to retake a Rosalyn proctored exam must contact the person or institution responsible for the exam. It is suggested that examinees provide their Admins/Instructors with the following information within their request:
Their full name
Email Address
Name of the Exam
The date and time of their initial exam attempt
Why are they requesting a retake
Please note: Rosalyn staff, including all Rosalyn’s Support Team members, do not have the ability or authority to process a Retake Exam Request.
