Force Close Applications Option
During the pre-flight, test-takers are required to close all of the open applications on their device. Rosalyn has added a new "Force Close" button which allows the test-taker to choose to allow Rosalyn to close all of their open applications on their behalf.
A confirmation prompt will appear asking the test-taker to confirm that they would like to allow Rosalyn to close all of their open applications for them.
Show Error Message When Camera is Blocked by AntiVirus Software
In some specific scenarios, Antivirus software was preventing Rosalyn from accessing a test-taker's web camera. Moving forward, the Rosalyn Test Delivery Application will now identify this scenario and display an error message to the test-taker. The test-taker will not be able to start the exam until use of camera is enabled.

Retake Exam Requests
In the case where a test-taker experienced technical difficulties during their exam, or for any other reason an organization might have, an organization can now ask Rosalyn to enable an exam retake for a student. Please submit such requests to your Rosalyn account and/or support@rosalyn.ai.
Rosalyn will only process these requests if they are submitted by a customer approved support contact. The request must provide specific information regarding the test-taker and exam that the retake needs to be enabled.
For the retake to work, the customer learning platform must allow multiple attempts for the test-taker for the specific exam.
