We are planning a hot fix to our Production environment. The purpose of this hot fix release is to make small, but necessary, improvements to our test taking process. Specifically, we are applying a fix that resolves the following test taker scenario:
From within their LMS the test taker launches the Rosalyn Test Delivery Application
During the pre-flight the test taker decides to close the application
When the test taker returns to Rosalyn (within their LMS) they are not allowed to Open the Quiz again.
This hot fix will resolve the above scenario to allow the test taker to Open the Quiz (using the Rosalyn Test Delivery Application) again.
When: Thursday, August 4th at 6:00am ET
How Long: The entire process will take approximately 30 minutes. Within this timeframe 2 to 3 minutes of product downtime may occur.
