After completing your exam:

After you complete your exam with Rosalyn, the assessment will be relocated to “upcoming exams.”

You will be able to see the proctoring status of your completed assessment on the right.

Proctoring Statuses:

Important Note: Proctoring statuses refer only to the AI review process, they do not indicate grading of any kind. Only your professor or designated reviewer determines the proctoring review outcome. If you have questions about your exam, status, or grade, speak to your program.

  • Pending: This status means your assessment is waiting for your instructor or designated reviewer to review the proctoring results.

  • Passed: This means the assessment has been cleared of any flagged events in the final review process by a professor or designated reviewer. It does not indicate a final grade.

  • Flagged: This means at least one Rosalyn-generated flagged event did not satisfy the provided Exam Rules, and the exam has been flagged in the final review. The next steps will be determined by your university or testing program.

What do I do if I believe my assessment was incorrectly flagged?

Ultimately it is up to the professor or reviewer if the assessment is passed or flagged. You should check with your program or academic integrity office if you would like to appeal the flagged decision.
