Authorizing Rosalyn in BrightSpace
The first time you click on Rosalyn from within a Brightspace course, you will be asked to Authorize Rosalyn.
This step is required for Rosalyn to be allowed to retrieve exam information from your Canvas course. If you do not authorize Rosalyn in Brightspace, you will be unable to take your exam using the Rosalyn app.
Click Authorize to proceed.
It will take you to another tab to confirm that you want to enable Rosalyn within Canvas or your Testing Program platform. Click “Authorize” to proceed.
Rosalyn is now authorized to retrieve Exam information for your course.
Note: If you do not Authorize Rosalyn in Brightspace, you will not be able to open the Rosalyn app or perform exams using Rosalyn.
